About

One developer, one point of contact.

More than 15 years in web development, including 5 running my own company.

I know the reality of small businesses from the inside: tight budgets, small teams, and the need for tools that work the first time.

My niche: custom web applications for companies with 1 to 20 employees that have outgrown Excel and off-the-shelf software, but don't have the budget for a big consulting firm.

I handle design, development, deployment and training.

A single point of contact from start to finish.

How I can help

Does any of this sound familiar?

These are the situations my clients describe before we start working together.

"We run everything in Excel."

Your files have become your management system. It worked at first, but now it's slow, fragile, and nobody dares touch the master file. I build you a real web application that does the same job — faster, with the whole team, without breaking.

"Our old software is no longer supported."

The system you've used for 10 years was abandoned by its creator. Nobody can modify it and it runs on a server everyone is afraid to reboot. I recover your data and rebuild a modern tool that fits the way you work.

"We enter the same information three times."

Your team loses hours copying and pasting between tools, and every copy is an error waiting to happen. I connect your systems: information goes in once, in the right place, and flows on its own.

"Nothing on the market fits us."

You've tried off-the-shelf solutions, but none of them match your reality. The way you work is unique. You need a tool that adapts to you, not the other way around.

What I build

Concrete tools.

Four kinds of projects I deliver regularly for businesses with 1 to 20 employees.

Custom management tools

The central application that replaces the master file: quotes, orders, inventory, production, follow-ups. Everyone sees the same thing, at the same time.

E.g.: production tracking, quote management, team scheduling

Client portals

Your clients check their files, track their orders and upload their documents themselves — without calling you for every detail.

E.g.: client area, file tracking, online appointment booking

Automation and integrations

Your systems finally talk to each other: accounting, payments, email, calendars. Double entry disappears, and the errors with it.

E.g.: QuickBooks, Stripe, data sync between tools

Dashboards

Your numbers, up to date and in real time, on one clear page. No more waiting for the end-of-month report to know where you stand.

E.g.: daily sales, margins by project, hours by job site
My approach

Simple, transparent, effective.

No jargon, no surprises. Here's exactly how it works.

Step 1 — Free, no commitment

Let's talk about your situation

You explain your situation in your own words. No specs document or technical vocabulary needed. I translate your need into a clear solution and come back with a proposal and a fixed price.

Step 2 — Iterative, you see the progress

I build your application

I develop in stages and show you progress regularly. You test as we go, we adjust together. No bad surprises at delivery.

Step 3 — Turnkey, support included

Launch and training

I take care of hosting, deployment and training your team. Your tool is up and running, your people know how to use it, and I stay available for what comes next.

You own the code

Source code, data, hosting access: everything is in your name from day one.

Fixed price per phase

You approve every amount before I start. Never a meter running.

Support after delivery

Hosting, backups, updates and training: I'm still here once the tool is live.

FAQ

The questions I get before we start.

How much does a custom application cost?

Every project is broken into phases with a fixed price approved in advance. We start with a useful first version, delivered quickly, then improve it. You always know how much you're spending, and why — never a meter running endlessly.

How long before I have something usable?

Most of my projects deliver a working first version in a few weeks, not several months. You test early, we adjust together, and the tool keeps improving while you're already using it.

Who owns the code?

You do, 100%. The source code, the data and the hosting access are in your name from day one. If we part ways, you leave with everything — no dependency on me.

What happens after launch?

I handle hosting, backups and updates, and I train your team. You have one number to call when something goes wrong — mine.

We already have a tool or an old system. Can you take it over?

Yes — it's actually one of my most common projects. I recover your existing data, rebuild what needs rebuilding, and the transition happens without interrupting your operations.

How do we get started?

With a free, no-commitment conversation. You explain your reality in your own words — no specs document needed. I come back with questions, a possible solution and a clear price.
